Common questions
The prayer times are a few minutes off from my mosque. Open Prayer › Calculation settings and choose the method your country uses, or adjust each prayer by minutes.
I do not hear the athan. Open Prayer › Alerts › Check alerts. It shows whether notifications are allowed and sends a test alert. Also check that your iPhone is not in a Focus mode that silences RAE.
The Qibla arrow looks wrong. Move your phone in a figure 8 to calibrate the compass, and keep it away from magnets and metal.
How do I listen offline? Open a surah and tap the download arrow, or Library › Downloads › Download Juz 'Amma.
